Hi there, and welcome to the workout database. This website was created with one thing in mind..... GETTING YOU RESULTS! You want to get in shape and TRANSFORM your body. The only way to do that is through healthy eating habits and lifting weights. When you're new to the weight room, things can be a little scary. You can hire one of the personal trainers at the gym but that can easily start to get costly. Or you can hire one for a session or two.... but after repeating that program for a couple of weeks your results stop coming. Why? The human body is smart. When you get stronger and you continue to do the same thing over and over, your body stops producing results. Which is why it's important to change your workout routine AT LEAST once a month. This can be done easily by changing up your workouts. From the amount of weight to the type of exercise. Sure, you could do a TON of research and spend time making your own..... but, sometimes with how busy you are.... time is the LAST thing you have! This is where the workout database becomes your most important training partner. Each workout can be done up to a month before another one is needed, and the best part is, it's only $5.00 a workout. THAT'S $5.00 A MONTH! One personal training session can cost anywhere from $45.00 - $75.00. and that's just ONE DAY!
